Free delivery for orders over £100 ex. VAT and carriage to Mainland UK.

We deliver worldwide. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate to destinations within EU member states.

Delivery to UK mainland normally takes between 1 - 3 working days depending on item weight and stock availability. If an item is currently out of stock this will be placed on back order and shipped at no extra cost when available.

Unwanted Returns
Should your purchases be unsuitable and you wish to return them to us for a credit or to exchange then the following conditions will apply:

• Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

• We must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference.

• All items should be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for restocking/repackaging where applicable.

• Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at buyers expense.

• Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier.

• Your return should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, your name, address and phone number, account number and order reference number (most of this information should be detailed on your invoice).

Damaged Goods
In the event that you recieve a parcel from us that contains damaged goods, you should notify us within the 7 working day period to arrange for collection and replacement. If any damaged items have been used they will be deemed acceptable by you and will not be considered for replacement.
